PROPER ALIGNMENT

The Expressions of Light

Every story I tell begins with people — with the human desire to find and access the light that overcomes darkness. At the root of all darkness is fear. Fear distorts identity, suppresses purpose, and pulls the human spirit into chaos. But God did not leave us without a formula for overcoming fear: “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV)

My purpose is to reveal that light, and through my work, build a blueprint for accessing it.

Each of us is born with a spark. Through alignment, that spark becomes a fire — a fire that transforms, reveals identity, and awakens purpose. The light of that fire is a key that opens and closes, a shield that covers, and a sword that defends.

This is what my logo means. It is not just a symbol — it is the spiritual armor that allows us to become a vessel that can be refined by fire.

The Trinitarian Movement of Love
— The Fuel of My Work

My art is fueled by a single truth: every fruit of the Spirit is an expression of love, and the lack of it is a fracture of that love. Love is not one virtue among many — it is the root from which all the others grow. The fruits reveal whether love is present, distorted, or absent. This is the terrain from which I create: what becomes possible when love governs us, and what collapses when it does not. That is the love we have for God, for ourselves, and for others.

These fruits are not separate themes, but the ninefold anatomy of love itself. They are the measure of our physical, mental, and spiritual health, the evidence of our transformation, and the mirror that reveals our fractures. When these fruits flourish, life expands. When they fail, the world contracts. My work explores both realities — the beauty of alignment and the cost of its absence.

My art is a portal — a threshold into another realm. On the other side of my work lives the place where time stood still: the words left unspoken, the feelings left undiscovered, the experiences left unresolved. The portal opens that door. It frees what was trapped, gives language to what was silenced, and shines light into the darkest corners of the human experience.

Through this opening, my art tells the stories we all carry inside us — stories of triumph and defeat, joy and sorrow, pain and healing, order and chaos. These are the experiences that forge us. The portal does not erase them; it reveals them. It aims to help us remember, endure, and ultimately overcome.

Story-Driven Identity

My work does not follow a style; it follows a story. Each piece demands its own language, its own medium, its own form. I don’t create from habit or repetition — I create from alignment. When the narrative shifts, the art shifts with it. The imagery, the texture, the tone, the poetry, the structure all change because the message requires it. My consistency is not visual sameness but obedience to what the work asks to become. I am here to reveal what is given.

The Signature of the Frame

If I have a signature, it is not a motif or a technique — it is the frame. I build the threshold each piece enters the world through. The frame is the artifact, the boundary, the architecture that marks the work as mine without imprisoning the art inside a single aesthetic. It is the one element that anchors my identity while allowing the art itself to evolve, transform, and speak in whatever form the story requires.

ARTIST / AUTHOR

Edward Elliott Gabe is an artist, writer, and musician whose work gives voice to the words people often carry in silence. His work serves as a quiet offering — a way of bringing light into the darker corners of human experience.

He began drawing at a young age, discovering early on that art was more than expression; it was a lifeline. Over time, he found that combining imagery with language allowed him to reveal deeper truths, both personal and universal. This fusion became the foundation of his artistic identity.

Today, Edward creates with the same conviction that first sparked his gift. His work is rooted in faith, shaped by lived experience, and driven by a desire to encourage and uplift others. Each piece is an invitation to see beyond the surface — to recognize the beauty, struggle, and purpose woven into every life.
